🕵️ Vainu Enrichment Agent

Vainu Enrichment Agent is part of the Vainu Agent family. It’s designed to enrich a list of companies with AI-generated data points. You can write your own prompt and responses are stored on your Vainu account and can be exported as a CSV or XLSX files.

Vainu Enrichment Agent is using Vainu’s proprietary data points and Google Gemini large language models.

You can find Vainu Enrichment agent in the Profiles tab - the same place where you build lists in Vainu by using search filters. Click on 🪄 Enrichment Agent to proceed.

Once you’ve created the list you want to enrich, Enrichment Agent asks you to write a prompt to define the new data point(s) you want to create and enrich. You can use your saved prompts or explore the Vainu prompt library.

Then, you’ll select the data sources for the Enrichment Agent to use in the response.

Basic data includes most of the structured Vainu data points such as financial metrics, industry and company details. Website content gives agents access to real-time web data. Financial statements provides agents the raw text data from companies’ financial statement documents. You can also select multiple Events types such as job openings, company announcements and other key trigger events.

Enrichment Agent creates the data structure / schema automatically for the user. This output format is important because it defines the new property types and gives them names and descriptions. For example, if you ask Enrichment Agent to estimate annual marketing spend, the new property type is a number. If you ask Enrichment Agent to calculate a credit score on a scale from 1 to 10, the new property type is an integer. And if you want Enrichment Agent to draft a unique selling point, the property type will be text.

Once you’ve reviewed the prompt, the sources and the generated output format, you can test run your agent on the first five (5) companies on the list and see the preview. This is an important part of the process that should be used to validate the results and make sure your prompt is working as you expect, before scaling it to all the companies on the list. If you’re happy with the results you can proceed to process the entire list.

Vainu Enrichment Agent saves the results on your Vainu account and the newly created data point(s) can be accessed through filters. Users see a new filter called “Enrichment Agent” and selecting it allows users to choose the prompt responses they want to include in the list view.

Vainu then generates a list and in the table view mode you can see the Enrichment Agent column being added. The results can be exported into CSV or XLSX files by using the Download companies button. These downloaded spreadsheets can then be imported into CRMs and other business systems.

What does it cost to use Vainu Enrichment Agent?

All Vainu users have access to Enrichment Agent and each customer organization has 500 enrichment credits as a starter. 1 credit = 1 enriched company using 1 prompt. Additional credits can be bought by contacting your CSM or customersuccess@vainu.io.

Where can I see how much credits we have left?

Enrichment Agent has its own graph on the usage dashboard, but you can also see the amount of remaining credits listed as available quota right before processing a prompt through your list.

Can I export data created by Vainu Enrichment Agent into CRM?

Vainu Enrichment Agent isn't plugged in to our Connector yet, but we are working on making it possible to export data points created with Vainu Enrichment Agent directly into your CRM system. Meanwhile, with most CRM systems, it is possible to download your newly created data points as a CSV file in Vainu, and then import that file into your CRM.

I can't seem to find Vainu Enrichment Agent?

You are most likely still using our older platform (identifiable by the URL app.vainu.io), whereas Vainu Enrichment Agent is only available on our new platform (https://vainu.app/). You can try signing in on the new platform using the same login credentials.
