Vainu Enrichment Agent is part of the Vainu Agent family. It’s designed to enrich a list of companies with AI-generated data points. You can write your own prompt and responses are stored on your Vainu account and can be downloaded as a CSV or XLSX files or exported to your CRM using Vainu Connector.

Vainu Enrichment Agent is using Vainu’s proprietary data points and Google Gemini large language models.

You can find Vainu Enrichment agent in the Profiles tab - the same place where you build lists in Vainu by using search filters. Click on 🪄 Enrichment Agent to proceed.

The Enrichment Agent opens as a window over your list. Your prompts are on the left, and the prompt editor and preview are on the right.

Three controls under the prompt text set what the agent can use for each prompt:

Enrichment Agent creates a new column for each question in your prompt and picks its type automatically. An estimate such as annual marketing spend becomes a number, a score such as a credit score on a scale from 1 to 10 becomes an integer, and a draft such as a unique selling point becomes text. The preview table shows the columns before you run the agent.

The preview is an important part of the process. Use it to validate the results and make sure your prompt works as you expect before you scale it to all the companies on the list. If you’re happy with the results, apply the prompt to your list.

Vainu Enrichment Agent saves the results on your Vainu account and the newly created data point(s) can be accessed through filters. Users see a new filter called “Enrichment Agent” and selecting it allows users to choose the prompt responses they want to include in the list view.

Vainu then generates a list and in the table view mode you can see the Enrichment Agent column being added. The results can be exported into CSV or XLSX files by using the Download companies button. These downloaded spreadsheets can then be imported into CRMs and other business systems.

It is now also possible to send the data points created using Vainu's Enrichment Agent to your CRM via our Connector. It is currently being tested by a few customers, and therefore using the feature currently requires a permission which is by default disabled. You can reach out to us if you are interested in testing the feature.

The exporting itself is really easy. Once you have the results of a prompt ready, you can just click on Send companies as you normally would when sending a list of prospects. That screen then includes a new row titled Include prompt response followed by a dropdown menu which lets you select the exact prompt, that you are looking to export to your CRM.

You will also see a popup window detailing the properties created by your prompt that you are attempting to take into your CRM. You must then choose the corresponding fields in your CRM that you aim to enrich with the findings of Enrichment Agent. The recommended workflow is to first run the preview and check the columns and their types, then create suitable fields in your CRM, and finally export the list when you are able to select the correct fields.

What does it cost to use Vainu Enrichment Agent?

All Vainu users have access to Enrichment Agent and each customer organization has 500 enrichment credits as a starter. 1 credit = 1 enriched company using 1 prompt. Additional credits can be bought by contacting your CSM or customersuccess@vainu.io.

Where can I see how much credits we have left?

Enrichment Agent has its own graph on the usage dashboard. You can also see the remaining credits as rows available, for example 301 / 500, next to the row amount selector before you apply a prompt to your list.

Why can’t I select some data sources?

Some data sources depend on your contract, so they aren’t available in every account. Budget and Job Postings are available to all users. To have other sources, such as Financial statement PDFs, Financial Figures or Meeting minutes, enabled, contact your CSM or Vainu Support.

I can't seem to find Vainu Enrichment Agent?

You are most likely still using the legacy platform (identifiable by the URL app.vainu.io), whereas Vainu Enrichment Agent is only available on the new platform (https://vainu.app/). You can try signing in on the new platform using the same login credentials.
