Vainu doesn't work: General troubleshooting steps

FAQ: Is your Vainu missing some buttons, or is the text overlapping? Something doesn't seem quite right?

Most commonly issues with Vainu platform are related to browser, network, or user permissions.

To troubleshoot an existing issue, first:

  • Clear browser cache (see instructions below)

  • Try another browser (Vainu supports Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox)

  • Try the browser's incognito mode

  • Try another network, for example, change the Wi-Fi you are using

  • Ask your colleagues if they are experiencing similar issues

Clear browser cache

💡Browsers save information from the pages you visit. Removing this information from your browser will make it download the information again. This usually solves minor issues immediately.

  • To clear the cache: CTRL + F5 / CTRL+ shift + F5 (windows) OR command + shift + R (Mac).

  • Log out and log back in again

Report an issue to Vainu

You can report any issues or bugs you've identified to the Vainu Support team. The best way to contact Vainu Support is through chat(inside the platform) or email(support@vainu.io).

When you report an issue to Support team, provide following information:

  • Your email

  • CRM system (if the issue is related to CRM integration)

  • What did you try to do when the issue happened and has it worked before

  • Provide any error messages
