Possibility to view inactive companies -feature is still under development for the new Vainu App platform(vainu.app). Meanwhile you can follow these instructions to view inactive companies in app.vainu.io.

When you do any search in Vainu, the companies in your search results are active by default. You can see the company's status when you open any company profile in Vainu. The status will be the very first thing mentioned. If a company is active, you'll see their status marked "active" with a green text. Inactive companies will get a red font telling you that the company is inactive.

First, make a normal list search with the filters you prefer.

You'll find a Settings button above the name of your new dynamic list. Click on the button, and you will see a dropdown menu. Select Show inactive companies and your list will show all inactive companies that match your search.

Your list will then show companies that have a Discontinued icon on them. In some cases, the icon may have other text on it too, for example indicating if the company has gone into administration. You are still able to view the companies and the data we have of them.

Please note that inactive companies come with some caveats: When looking at inactive prospects, you're not able to:

1. Search by the date the company's status changed from active to inactive.

2. Inactive companies cannot be exported out as .csv files at the moment. Exporting to your CRM will work just fine.
