Disconnecting the integration means that you no longer can export companies from Vainu to your CRM, and no data updates are going to CRM. Also, Vainu can't fetch data from CRM (Vainu only mirrors company owner data, lost and won deals, and if the company is in the CRM).
Before disconnecting, be sure to ask for data revert from your customer success manager or from customersuccess@vainu.io. The data revert removes the data from your CRM, which has been updated by Vainu's automatic update. So manually exported companies and their data will remain.
To clear your Vainu account from the CRM data (company owner data, lost and won deals, and if the company is on CRM), contact your customer success manager.
When the revert is done, you can disconnect the integration from Vainu with the below steps.
Go to Connectors (https://vainu.app/connectors)
Select the integration you want to disconnect and click on the three dots in the top right corner. The "Disconnect" option appears, and you can click it.
Then just verify that you want to disconnect the integration. Now you are done! Vainu is no longer connected to your CRM and can't import or export any kind of data.
After disconnecting your CRM from Vainu, the integration can no longer be used, and no data is transferred between Vainu and the CRM. You can also remove the permissions previously given to Vainu. The integration cannot be connected without your permission, even if you don't do this.
How to remove Vainu integration from Hubspot:
Go to Connected apps and search for Vainu Connector. From Actions, you can select Uninstall.
Verify the removal of the Vainu Connector
Now the Integration is uninstalled from both ends.
