What is the Credit Dashboard?
All Vainu users regardless of their admin privileges have access to monitor their organization's credit usage through the new Credit Dashboard page. You can find this in Vainu settings under the name Usage and through this direct link.
It is important to note that the Credit Dashboard always indicates the usage numbers of the entire organization - never of the user who is actually logged in and looking at the numbers.
The usage page shows the credit quota agreed upon on your organization's Vainu agreement. The agreement specifies a usage tier both for Matched companies and Downloaded companies and on the Credit Dashboard these figures are monitored separately. There is also a third section looking at companies exported through API.
β Vainu does not prevent users from downloading or matching companies even when the usage quota would be exceeded. Your contract defines a pricing tier in which you will simply move onto the next step which will update your usage quota and create a new charge accordingly.
For any contractual questions such as a need to upgrade your pricing tier can be discussed with your Customer Success manager. If you don't have a specified contact, you can reach out to us through via customersuccess@vainu.io.
How to change the time frame?
By default, the Credit Dashboard shows all statistics during the current contract period - in other words, starting from the date when the current contract period begun. You may also look at only the last 30 days, the last 7 days, or any specified time frame by using the tool located right below the page title.
What are matched companies?
The section titled Matched companies indicates the usage quota agreed upon your Vainu contract regarding matched companies as well as the amount of CRM accounts currently matched by Vainu.
The amount of Matched companies updates in real-time and in most cases aligns with the numbers seen in your integration settings.
A matched company is simply an account (or a company, depending on the terminology used by your CRM) in your CRM system which Vainu has successfully been able to match with a relevant counterpart in any of the Vainu databases included in your Vainu contract. The quota will not be affected by companies that Vainu has not been able to identify nor by companies that Vainu identifies from databases that are outside of the scope of your contract.
What are downloaded companies?
The section titled Companies downloaded in CSV and JSON files indicate the usage quota agreed upon your Vainu contract regarding downloaded companies as well as the amount of prospects that you have already downloaded during the specified timeframe.
A downloaded company is simply a prospect that you have exported from Vainu to a CSV or JSON file.
Download history
Download history is a sub-section right below the graph indicating the amount of downloaded companies on your organization account. This section shows all exported files in a list. Here you will be able some details about the downloaded files such as names of the lists that were downloaded, file types and a rough estimate on when that download was made.
Note that you can also re-download any file from this list without it affecting your download quota.
