You can also write your prompt in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish to get Vainugent's answers in those languages.

Vainugent's analysis has now also been included as a native part of all of our Nordic databases. When you open a company card, Vainu will auto-generate an analysis on the company.
By clicking on the link under the element title, you can select the prompt of your choice a create a new one. Use the available options to share your best prompts with your colleagues and to se tup the default prompt that Vainu will use in the future to create the analyses.
What data does Vainugent use?
Vainugent uses our proprietary company data when answering your prompts. This data is categorized under four main groups:
Vainu Basic Data: all the information Vainu collects from local business registries, such as official industries, address, foundation date, company status, auxiliary names, employee count etc.
Website content: all the information Vainu has detected from the company's official website. This includes text content from the website, Vainu Custom Industry analysis, website technologies, news articles and blog posts, company descriptions and more.
Financial statements: all the latest financial figures reported by the company including the most commonly requested line items from income statements and balance sheets. We will be soon including all text content from financial statements as well.
Events: all the trigger events Vainu has connected to the company. These events can include anything ranging from news articles, press releases, meeting minutes, recruitment ads, tenders etc. At the moment, Vainugent is only using events from the past 12 months to focus only on the most relevant events. You may now also select the event types that you are interested in.
Can you give examples of use cases?
The pre-designed prompts will give you a good idea of what kind of prompts we and our first test users have successfully been using. Examples include:
company research
sales meeting preparations
credit score analysis
account scoring
finding similar companies
understanding industry trends
researching on a specific company such as sustainability strategy
recruitment volume estimations
competitor or industry analysis
Feel free to test the default prompts to get ideas for your very own prompts which is a logical next step for many users once they want to find answers to their specific use cases. And therefore, let's discuss briefly about how to create good prompts.
How to write a good prompt?
If you are familar with LLMs and other AI agents, you probably know that writing clear prompts is key in getting good results. The more detailed your prompts are, the better the results. Here is an example on how a good prompt might look like:
In this example, the prompt has been split up to five distinctive parts: first we define the ultimate goal of the prompt and specific definitions on how we expect the resulting answer to be formatted. We also include some warnings about things we might want to avoid or things that must be taken into account when formulating an answer. A significant part of the prompt is reserved for some additional background context, which gives an idea on why this prompt has even been created and what kind of results the user expects to get from the end result. Finally, we set up some very simple rules as final guidelines to help Vainugent formulate its response.
This is not a mandatory setup, but it might help you get started with your prompts. Feel free to organize things differently, exclude some unnecessary elements, add some more information and rearrange things differently.
