Vainu offers a custom integration solution for users who want to connect to a CRM or other system that isn't one of our natively supported platforms (Dynamics, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce). This feature allows you to seamlessly send data from Vainu to your preferred CRM system.

How It Works
The Vainu Custom Integration is a one-way integration that sends data from the Vainu UI to a custom endpoint of your choice. This functionality can be used just like the Vainu Connector from your company and contact lists, as well as with triggers.
Key features of the custom integration:
One-Way Data Transfer: The integration only sends data from Vainu; it does not read or update information from your target system. For automated, two-way data updates, we recommend using our API or a supported CRM Connector.
βWebhook-Based: The integration requires an endpoint that can receive webhooks. This can be your ultimate target system if it has webhook capabilities. However, a middle-layer application like Zapier is often used to easily manage and route the data to the correct objects and fields within your system.
βSimple Setup: Vainu's UI provides a straightforward setup process. The only required information is the endpoint URL.
For a more complete integration, you can also:
Name the integration.
Add a logo.
Select and name the data objects to be used.
Define a header and a secret token for authentication.
Using the Custom Integration
Once the setup is complete, a new button will appear in the Vainu UI. This button allows you to send data to your defined endpoint directly from company or contact lists.
The first time you send data to your endpoint, you will be able to see the data structure, giving you the opportunity to configure how it should be saved or forwarded within your target system.
