First, make sure you have connected your CRM or Slack account in the Integrations settings before exporting.
1. Export a company from your search results
app.vainu (older Vainu version): By clicking on the icon on the company card, you can export the company to other apps.
vainu.app (the new Vainu version): By clicking on the icon on the company card, you can export the company to other apps.
2. Export a company from the company profile
app.vainu (older Vainu version): You can find the same export icons in the top right corner of each company profile.
vainu.app (the new Vainu version): You can find an export icon on the left side of each company's profile.
3. Export contact data to your CRM – vainu.app only
Currently, the vainu.app integrates with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM systems. You can export contact data to HubSpot and Salesforce from the Employees tab in each company's profile.

Exportable Objects to CRM systems
Vainu's Connector allows you to widen the possibilities when exporting companies from Vainu. Create multiple objects at the same time to link them together. To edit the exportable fields, navigate to >> Connector: Data mapping.
Please note that some objects are only available in the new Connector settings. If you don't see these options, we kindly ask you to contact your Vainu Account Manager or the support team to activate these options for you.
