Which version of Vainu are you using?
The general view
When you view the company card in vainu.app, you will see a lot of information. On the top, there is the full company name and Vainu Custom Industries. On the left, you can see a short description of the company, the number of countries the company operates in, how many employees the company has and where is the headquarters located.
If you have a CRM integrated with Vainu, you will also see the CRM data box. On the CRM Data box, you should see the Account owner, Amount of Lost, Won, and Open deals, and events.
Company Tabs
Overview
On the first tab, there is basic information about the company and when scrolling down you will find a short overview of descriptions (from the company website and social media sites), financials, news about the company, office locations, and technologies used by the company.
Signals
This view shows all the latest signals tagged to this individual company. You can learn from here how to Use signals to search for interesting companies.
Locations
This tab shows the address of the headquarters office of the company, how many offices the company has and the number of countries it operates in and what are those countries. There is also a map showing the office locations and a list of the offices.
Financials
Shows financial figures as diagrams and as text.
Employees
Here you can see the employee count, how many employees there are in other companies of the group, and top management of the company. You can export the contacts to your CRM and see contact information.
Please note that at the moment it is not possible to search for companies with individual employee information.
Social Networks
This tab shows the social media index and some details of the company's Twitter and Facebook profiles.
Web profile
Under the Web profile, you can check the website, digitalization index, languages on the website, and which technologies are used on the company website. Read about Digital readiness indices.
Vainu crawls through company websites regularly and uses identificators to find technologies used on the company's website.
Group structure
The group structure is a beta feature and the results are generated using AI technology. You can see the Group's parent company and the number of countries and subsidiaries. Below the Group structure is presented.
The accuracy of the results is quite high and will improve with time.
Registers
In the Registers section, you can view valid registrations, licenses, and trademarks of the company.

Top board
On the top board, you can see the full company name, the country, official industry, Group/Company financial figures, and Employee count.
Overview
Here you can find general information about the company.
Click Show additional information to see domains, financial quicklists, registers, and memberships connected to the selected company.
You will be able to see if the company has mobile applications released and what is the company's e-invoicing address.
Similar companies
Here you can find similar companies that are based on industry category, employee count, and revenue.
CRM Data
If you have connected Vainu with your CRM, you will see CRM icons in the top right corner of Vainu. When there's a green checkmark on the CRM icon the company is already in your CRM.
On the CRM Data box you should see Account owner, Amount of Lost, Won and Open deals, and events. Find companies based on data in your CRM.

See a name there that doesn't ring a bell? Hover your mouse over it! 🖱A black box will appear shortly explaining what the technology does, and you can then decide if this is important for you or not. Simple as that!
Social network
The box displays the latest posts by the company on social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube)
Group structure
The group structure is a beta feature. The results are generated using AI technology.

Locations
Shows all of the identified locations of the company.
Locations have been collected from official sources and from company websites.
Registers
In the Registers section, you can view valid registrations, licenses, and trademarks of the company.
