How do I change my email address or name on Vainu?
You can't update these directly through your account settings. Contact Vainu Support via chat or at support@vainu.io with your old and new email address and/or name, and the team will take care of it.
Can I transfer my account to a colleague by changing the email address and name?
This is possible, but Vainu recommends creating a new account for the new user and deactivating the departing user's account instead.
ℹ️ It's also possible to transfer lists from one user to another, so there's no need to keep an old account active just to preserve existing lists.
