How do I change my email address or name on Vainu?
You can't do this yourself through the settings. But worry not, message our support team through the chat or by sending an email to support@vainu.io and we will sort it out for you! All we need to know is your old and new email address and/or name.
Can I transfer my account to a colleague by changing the email address and name?
Theoretically yes, but we prefer creating new user accounts to new users and inactivating accounts of departing users.
📋 It is also possible to transfer lists from one user to another, so there is no need to keep using an existing user account only for the sake of preserving existing lists.
To create new user accounts, inactivate existing user accounts, and transfer lists from one user to another, you can contact Vainu support through the chat or by sending an email to support@vainu.io.
