Which version of Vainu are you using?

You can change your password through the settings when using the new Vainu App. Navigate to settings either by selecting the bottom-most icon in the left-side menu or by clicking on the little profile icon in the upper-right corner to open a menu and then selecting "Settings.

If multiple categories are available, make sure you select Profile & Team from the left-hand menu under Categories. You should see the email address you are using as your Vainu login and a Change password button on the right. Click on the button and you will then be asked to enter your old password and the new password twice for confirmation.

Please note that your password must always be at least 8 characters long.

When you remember your current password, you can change the password in Vainu settings. You can access settings from the left sidebar by clicking on the settings button at the bottom.

Then click on Account under Manage and finally locate the Change password tab.

If you forgot your Vainu password, you can request a password reset email through the login page:

Make sure you do not have empty spaces in front or behind the mail address when sending in the reset request.

First, check your spam folder! Sometimes Vainu emails get re-routed into your spam folder. If the email is not in your spam folder, you can contact Vainu Support to make sure your account is not inactive.
