You can change your password through Vainu settings. Navigate to settings either by selecting the bottom-most icon in the left-side menu or by clicking on the little profile icon in the upper-right corner to open a menu and then selecting "Settings.
If multiple categories are available, make sure you select Profile & Team from the left-hand menu under Categories. You should see the email address you are using as your Vainu login and a Change password button on the right. Click on the button and you will then be asked to enter your old password and the new password twice for confirmation.
Please note that your password must always be at least 8 characters long.
Resetting a forgotten password
If you forgot your Vainu password, you can request a password reset email through Vainu login page: https://vainu.app/login/
Make sure you do not have empty spaces in front or behind the mail address when sending in the reset request.
π Note that users who have never activated their Vainu account can not request a new password.

Check if you have an activation email in your inbox or ask an admin user from your organization to send you one.

If you use Microsoft login the password reset is not sent.

First, check your spam folder! Sometimes Vainu emails get re-routed into your spam folder. If the email is not in your spam folder, you can contact Vainu Support to make sure your account is not inactive or deleted.
