When clicking on the "Settings" icon on the left-hand sidebar, you will be taken to the settings menu and the following view should appear:
Available options might depend on your user permissions.
By clicking on Change password you will be directed to change your password by typing your old password once and your new password twice.
If you are an admin user, you will see all users on your account under Team privileges. You can check when users on your account have last logged in, change their admin status and inactivate their user accounts. Learn how to manage your account: Manage Team
How can I change Vainu UI language?
Vainu's platform is currently available in English, Finnish and Swedish. You can set your preferred user interface language from settings.
Translations to Finnish and Swedish were introduced in Q1/2026. We are still correcting some minor translation issues and refining certain parts to make the used terminology more uniform. We are happy to receive feedback through our Support channels if you notice any glaring mistakes.
